Basic Menu Bar

The main menu bar as seen throughout the program when no files are open.

Very few menu options are available in this mode beyond opening or creating new TBXs: toggling Toolbar view, opening app preferences, accessing Help, etc.

Basically, in this form the normal View and Stamp menus are hidden as there is no document on which those features might act.
