It is possible to hoist focus to a childless container (or drill to the map of a childless note). This can be useful if the user needs to create a container and to then add notes to that container.
If a note is 'outdented' in a hoisted outline (i.e. raised in $OutlineDepth), so that it no longer falls inside the section of the outline being viewed, Tinderbox removes the note's view from the outline.
