aTbRef Fuzzy Search [for v10.1.2b710 (24 Mar 2025)]
This is an experimental search page for aTbRef, using fuzzy search powered by fuse.js. Fuzzy search looks for approximate matches (see more detail).
IMPORTANT:
- Fuzzy matching involves approximations so you should expect some odd looking match results. Use the contextual text of the match to ignore any matches that don't make sense! Multiple matches within a document may be highlighted.
- Type your search into the box, results appear immediately. Putting the search term inside double (straight) quotes may improve the search. e.g.
"Explode"
vs.Explode
.
To search aTbRef simply type in the box below:
Search Feature—Acknowledgments:
- The code library providing the search is fuse.js. Additional options for fine-tuning fuse.js are documented here—which also explains the default settings.
- Integration of the search library into an HTML page uses code from Yihui Xie's blog.
- The overall idea for using fuse.js with a Tinderbox static site comes from Jack Baty's blog. Thanks too, for his significant help getting the process to work within aTbRef.
