Default note colours & patterns

Defaults are:

• $Color: '7'
• $AccentColor (was $Color2): 'dark warm gray dark'
• $Pattern: 'plain'.

Note that for adornments, $Colour is 'normal' as adornment use as their fill colour a tint of the normal default $Color value.
