Highlight sub-menu

The Highlight sub-menu of the Style menu contains the following items:

• yellow highlight (⇧⌘Y)
• red highlight
• blue highlight
• green highlight
• magenta highlight
• none

Highlight commands are toggles for the currently selected text.
