The date the note was created in Tinderbox. The same as the Created attribute, or ^value($Created)^. The format string is optional.

The default ^created^: 12/08/2004 (day/month order here as this OS is set for UK)

The same in RFC 822 format (^created(this,*)^): Thu, 12 Aug 2004 17:14:35 +0000
