rtfd tag

If text has been set via a rich text view, i.e. the $Text area, the text tag is also stored in RTFD form, even if there is no apparent styling. This example shows a single paragraph of unstyled text "Hello world."(below its plain text stored version):

<text >Hello world.</text>
<rtfd >cnRmZAAAAAADAAAAAgAAAAcAAABUWFQucnRmAQAAAC7hAAAAKwAAAAEAAADZAAAAe1xydGYxXGFu
c2lcYW5zaWNwZzEyNTJcY29jb2FydGYxMzQ3XGNvY29hc3VicnRmNTcwCntcZm9udHRibFxmMFxm

cm5hdHVyYWwKClxmMFxmczMyIFxjZjIgSGVsbG8gd29ybGQufQEAAAAjAAAAAQAAAAcAAABUWFQu
cnRmEAAAAIhdgFW2AQAAAAAAAAAAAAA=
</rtfd>

Any inline images are included in the RTFD stream, as base64 encoded data, where they occur in the run of text.

The <rtfd> tag is always deleted if its associated <text> tag is deleted.
