Insert sub-menu

From v10.0.0., this sub-menu of the Edit menu, contains the following items:

• Checkbox. Inserts a check-box into $Text. (Be aware this is an experimental feature).
• Expression. Inserts an expression into $Text. (Be aware this is an experimental feature).
