Some Utility views use MapBackgroundColor

From v4.0.2, a number of Tinderbox's utility views use the MapBackgroundColor of the TBX to which they refer as an accent color for the view (Note: it is always the document level setting color and not that of the current note/container). Currently, this change affects these 'utility' views:

In the case of all but the Roadmap the accent colour is used for the background of the list area - but only for listed matches. If the list of matches doesn't fill the list area, the unfilled area is colored white.

In the Roadmap view the accent color is used to shade the current note icon top centre of the view and both side lists.
