From v4.0.0, clicking or right-clicking on the icon In outline views now opens a menu for selecting a prototype for the note. If the prototype menu would be empty, no menu will be displayed. In v4.2.4, setting a prototype by this method on an alias now correctly sets the original's Prototype value.
