Minor bug fixes for display glitches.
Prototypes are represented in Tinderbox as a type of link, but HTML export commands ^basicLinks and ^inboundLinks shouldn't list them. In some cases, previous versions did list them; in others, prototype links were suppressed but, if prototypes were the only links, the list-open and list-close mark-up were emitted without any list items. These problems have been resolved.
