The HTML tag to use for closing bulleted (unordered) lists in the current note's text being exported to HTML.
Default value is </ul>. The opening tag is set via HTMLListStart.
From v 3.0.0, if the HTMLListItemStart and HTMLListItemEnd attributes are empty, all quick lists — as defined by lines starting with an * or a # — are disabled.
