The HTML tag to use for closing list items in the current note's text being exported to HTML.
Default value is </li>. The opening tag is set via HTMLListItemStart.
From v 3.0.0, if HTMLListItemStart and HTMLListItemEnd are empty, quick lists — as defined by lines starting with an * or a # — are disabled.
