Attribute Inherited from Preferences?	No
Attribute Read-Only?	No

If set to 'true', this forces the exported HTML filenames to be all lowercase — useful if exporting to a server whose OS is case sensitive.

The default - for new TBX files - is false. note also changes to the default of HTMLFileNameMaxLength.
