Darken colors in charts and outlines

Darken colors in carts and outlines. This darkens the colors used for drawing outline text. Darkening of charts is new from v4.0.0. Some colors (e.g. yellow, pastels) are hard to see against a light background; this option lets you use soft pastels in maps and retain legibility in outlines.
