Prior to v3.6.0, it was possible to save a TBX such that only palettes but no view (data) windows were open - this could be confusing on re-opening the file. As from v3.6.0, such a configuration is not allowed - if no view windows are open at time of saving, an Outline view, anchored at the top outline level, is automatically opened and saved; this outline will be displayed when the TBX is re-opened.
