Dragging attributes and macros between TBXs

Both user attributes and macros can be dragged from once TBX to another - though for macros you need to ensure you're created or copied any needed attributes as well.

If copying notes between TBXs that need to retain attribute info as well then ensure the attributes are set up before copying the note.

If a note has a prototype and the prototype is also copied then inheritance is maintained.

Although colors and stamps can't be drag-copied like macros and attributes, custom colors can be saved as color palettes. The latter can then be dropped onto a TBX to impose a new color configuration.
