The date the note was created in Tinderbox. The same as the Created attribute, or ^get(Created)^. The format string is optional; v3.5.3 improves handling of this parameter but removed the item parameter. - v3.5.4 restored it.
The default ^created^: 12/8/04 (day/month order here as this OS is set for UK)
