For adornments and item (notes, agents, containers), if Border is greater than zero, a border is drawn around the adornment.

In adornments, if BorderBevel is raised, the border is bevelled. If normal or plain the border is drawn as a simple outline. If BorderBevel is none, the border is not drawn.

In notes, if BorderBevel is raised or normal the border is bevelled. If plain, its a simple outline. If BorderBevel is none, the border is not drawn.
