Arranging notes |
You can drag notes in an outline window to rearrange the document’s hierarchy.
With the arrow tool, drag a note:
(If you let go anywhere else in the outline window, the note you dragged will snap back to its starting location.)

You can drag notes in a chart window to rearrange the document’s hierarchy. With the arrow tool, drag a note:
(If you let go anywhere else in the chart window, the note you dragged will snap back to its starting location.)
In a treemap window, drag a note inside another note to make it a child of that note in the hierarchy.
If the note you are dragging into is mostly covered up (because it has children), you can drop the note you are dragging onto the target note’s title bar.
You can drag notes into and out of each other in a treemap window, to completely re-arrange the hierarchy.
