Naming of duplicating notes

Originally, duplication of a note such as 'Note A' resulted in names like 'Note A copy', 'Note A copy 2', etc. The note duplication is somewhat more considerate in choosing a name for the duplicated note. In particular, if the note name already ends in a number, that number is incremented rather than appending the word 'copy'. Thus duplicating 'Note 1', creates 'Note 2', 'Note 3', etc.
