Key Attributes date format pop-up list

From v6.3.1, a pop-up list is used in the Text tab of Document Settings to set the default format used for Date-type attributes in note Key attributes. There are 3 values.

The values shown are for a UK locale. The strings actually seen will vary according to the user's locale.
