Specifies a colour (named colour or hex value) to use as the background colour of that note's listing in Outline view.
The colour is carried across the width of the view including checkbox and column display areas.
With the default value of "automatic" the colour used is simply the same as $MapBackgroundColor; the inside of the checkboxes is always shown in $MapBackgroundColor.
