Border sub-menu

The Border menu is active as a sub-menu of the Note menu when a Map view is active. The menu has 3 sections:

• Border bevel style. Sets the note's BorderBevel attribute.
• Border width. Sets the note's Border attribute. Narrow = 1, Medium = 2, Broad = 4.
• Border color. Sets the note's BorderColor attribute. The colors available are as per the Colors menu.
