MapBodyTextSize allows a specific font size to be set for the body text displayed within map icons (rectangular icons only). The default value (0) chooses the size automatically, based on scale; use the value of a specific font point size to choose an explicit font size, i.e. a value of 12 will render the body as 12 point.
