Make a new adornment in the current view. All units are in Tinderbox map units, and the color is a named Tinderbox color or supported color data string (e.g. 'red' or '#FF0000').

Example:

<adornment name="Session 4" x="-3.5" y="-3" width="6" height="6" color="bright blue" />
