These are the special XML files used to help with the deployment of Tinderbox project files (e.g. the packaged examples that ship with Tinderbox).

Icon: White page with Tinderbox program symbol and 'Settings' beneath it.

You are unlikely to encounter this file type directly unless you are creating packages for deploying example projects.
