When parsing for export, any paragraph that begins with a tab character, will use this attribute rather than HTMLFirstParagraphStart or HTMLParagraphStart. The closing mark-up for such paragraphs is supplied by HTMLIndentedParagraphEnd.
This default may be changed, or overidden, to generate a different indentation, to change the margins, to use <blockquote> instead of <p>, etc.
