A simple Boolean test for whether the currently processed note has a next sibling (N.B. not always the original's next sibling) and that the sibling is exportable. This is useful for export context where differing output is required when the current note is the last sibling. The test of export state allows for siblings that may exist yet be set to not export: not testing this could otherwise give a false indication that there is more exportable sibling content.
This test also solves the problem of testing for siblings when when exporting agent aliases or a sibling mix of originals and aliases.
