Support should be your first port of call if your have problems with the app: registration/stability/file corruption/etc.

- it is not formal tech support.
These latter resources are more useful for getting help with how to best use Tinderbox. If you need communication urgently, always email tech support.
Note that Eastgate are a small company so don't have 24/7 staff, though users generally report very fast turnaround from support. If contacting support, in assessing how soon you may expect a reply do bear in mind your local time difference from Boston and things like (US) national holidays.
