Scans the text of a designated item or note (or, if no argument is supplied, the current note). The text is split at paragraph breaks (e.g. carriage returns), and one line (i.e. a paragraph) is chosen at random.

Here is a random line from note "Specimen text for test":-

This is a sentence. And another. Yet more. The first paragraph ends now. Now paragraph two follows. It has sentences too. Note very many, and it stops here. The third paragraph is not different.
